Our 8-foot white poly tables are 8' Long by 30" wide (standard table size) and can comfortably seat up to 8 people at a time. You are able to fit 2 more for a total of 10 per table if you choose to include one seat at each end of the table. We recommend that you can fit up to 6 of these eight-foot table comfortably under our 20x20 Tent rentals, as well as 8 of the eight-foot table comfortably fit under our 20x30 tent rentals, and 10 of the eight-foot table can comfortably fit under each 20x40 tent rental. Keep in mind these tables are good quality tables, but they are poly tables, which do show scratches as they occur and scratches don't come out on poly tables, so if there is not for a backyard party, we would suggest you purchase or rent table linens for the tables, as they are what we consider backyard quality tables which are simply described as durable, but will not be perfect tops.
Best Table, Tent, and Chair Rentals
When ordering your 8-foot table rentals with our company we would like to remind you that we also have Chair Rentals in 3 different colors: white, black, and brown options to add to your order. In addition, we have Tent Rentals too. Tent rentals you can customize to set up on grass or asphalt and then choose the size that will fit your needs best. When setting tents up on grass surfaces we will stake them into the ground. When setting tents up on asphalt surfaces we will need to drill into the asphalt. But fear not - we will repatch the asphalt holes when we remove the tent. If the party location is not your own, please make sure to gain permission to drill into the asphalt. We offer tents in different sizes such as 20x20, 20x30, and 20x40. Also, keep in mind that we can always combine multiple tents to create an amazing large tent setup! And if you don't need something quite that large we of course always have our 10x10 popups for rent.
Delivery and Setup of Folding Table Rentals
A table rental order can be delivered by our drivers as long as your order meets the order minimum that is required for your delivery city. If you do not meet the order minimum you can still place a rental order for folding tables, it will just have to be as a customer pickup order. To do this you will need to call our office at 717.650.7657. As with our folding chair rentals, the price does not include the setup or the take-down process. This service can be added to your rental order for an additional charge. If you wish to add this during checkout please choose the correct number of tables and chairs because the fee is per table and per chair. If you do not wish to add this service, our delivery drivers will stack the table and chair rentals and you as the customer will be responsible for setting them up and taking them down. We also request that you re-stack them as they were left so that it makes for a swift pickup.
