When booking - either online or over the phone - you will need to provide us with your event date, start and end time, power accessibility, set up surface, and contact information so our office and staff may contact you in regards to your event. The final step of booking is to pay the 25% non-refundable deposit to officially reserve your items! If you only are looking for a pricing quote, no need to pay the deposit. However, any items on a quote are NOT reserved and may be booked by another customer. If you are 100% certain you want this item for your event, we recommend booking sooner rather than later!
